For too long, other ways of knowing have played second fiddle to our thinking mind.

Much of the outer change that leaders or teams are looking for, involves first, an inner change. The RADICAL SELF-AWARENESS aspect of The Alchemy requires a sensing and thinking into the stories of who you are, where you hold those identities, what you need to let go, and identify what is emerging.
This is where you learn to deeply own your experience, trust what is arising, and stay connected to what you value. You learn to own your responsibility in every situation and find more and more ways to not leave responsibility outside of you.
When you own what is yours, you then move into inspired relationships. The Radical Curiosity that was required for self-inquiry becomes an integral way in which you connect with others. You are never isolated; you are always in relationship. It is an awakening to realize you are co-created from within and by the people and contexts you are surrounded by.
Your experience in any given moment or situation is an outcome of your larger and historical connections and contexts – family, gender, culture, social and more.
ACKNOWLEDGE
You now ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR OWN LENSES AND LIMITATIONS AND LET HUMILITY AND VULNERABILITY SUPPORT YOU IN YOUR RADICAL CURIOSITY OF OTHERS. It feels so good to surrender your personal intelligence to the larger intelligence of the whole. It’s not easy, especially as a leader who has felt you need to know the answers or have all the solutions.
There’s a beauty in letting go of the need to be smarter, wiser, more prepared, more organized, or more focused than the individual and collective intelligence of others.
Your Radical Curiosity creates a culture of Radical Generosity that increases others self-sufficiency, power, engagement, competence, and humanness. For everyone to show up fully, the leader begins setting the container and soon others meet you and begin creating the container with you.
you lead a richer, inspired, creative and generative life. You and your teams are no longer in a closed loop of what you have always known or done; instead, you continue to find the deeper layers of what really matters.
